It took a few application, adding the right amount of lime and treating the fungus but after about 6 months was much improved. They did what they contracted to do and sent an email detailing what had been done, what product(s) were applied, for what reason, and who did the job; for each and every application. Second, they made sure that various lawn fungi were controlled and did not destroy my lawn. Third, my lawn looks fabulous - Spring, Summer, Fall. Fourth - aeration was done with a deep penetrating machine, followed up with through seeding. Lastly - the price was more than fair!! All in all - highly recommend Turf HD.
